Rachele Rose (she/her) is a seasoned Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Pranic Healer, and Meditation Guide here to support the journey back to your authentic self.
Since 2018, she’s been blending together energy work, accessible yoga, and mindfulness practices to help people move through life’s challenges with more stability and self-connection. Like the monarch butterfly, Rachele’s work isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about gently shedding the layers that keep you from fully emerging as your true self.
Rachele’s heart-centered and intuitive approach creates a welcoming, grounded space for you to explore and connect. Through in-person sessions and online offerings, she invites you to connect with inner peace, presence, and authentic transformation.
